In our continuing efforts to provide you with the best customer service possible, we completely revamped Northeastern’s self-service center in ServiceNow late in 2017. As you may have noticed already, we recently rolled out a brand-new service center specifically designed to better support you.
The new service center streamlines all of your technology needs by making it much easier to submit a service request, access the knowledge base or report an issue to Northeastern ITS. We’ve equipped the new service center with improved navigation, enhanced search functionality and an overall experience better equipped to meet your needs and answer all your tech-related questions.
Chat with ITS from Your Computer, Phone or Tablet
In addition to our new and improved service center, Northeastern ITS has also rolled out an all-new chat feature in ServiceNow to help you get instant assistance from the ITS Service Desk.
Chat allows you to instantly connect with an ITS Service Desk analyst from your desktop or mobile device. All you have to do is click on the “Live Chat” icon at the top of right on the Service Center homepage (see image below).
How-To Chat with ITS
Once you’ve launched a chat session, a new window will open where you can enter the problem or a question you’d like answered. You will then be connected with a Service Desk analyst to better answer your questions or help resolve your issue.
