As you may have noticed over the past few months, Northeastern ITS recently rolled out a brand-new service center specifically designed to better support you. This service center includes the ability to chat with an ITS customer service representative right from the convenience of your computer, phone or tablet.

Chat with ITS from Anywhere

The new chat function allows you to instantly connect with an ITS Service Desk analyst right from your desktop or mobile device. All you have to do is click on the “Live Chat” icon at the top of right on the Service Center homepage (see image above).

How-To Chat with ITS

Once you’ve launched a chat session, a new window will open where you can enter the problem or a question you’d like answered. You will then be connected with a Service Desk analyst to better answer your questions or help resolve your issue.
