Where can I find the Knowledge Base?
You can access the Knowledge Base directly on the myNortheastern portal. It is also a a link on the menu of the ServiceNow portal (requires your myNortheastern login). See How To: Access and use the Northeastern ITS Knowledge Base.

Who can use the Knowledge Base?
It is available to everyone with a myNortheastern username and password.

What can I do to get fewer results displayed?
Knowledge Base searches function much like Google searches do – including using quotation marks around specific phrases. Use specific terms such as the version of an operating system or title of the software.

Can I email a solution?
At the bottom of each solution, you will find a Permalink that you can copy and paste into an email.

What do I do if I think the answer is wrong or a link doesn’t work?
You can use the “Feedback” section at the bottom of the solution to send a comment or a question to the Knowledge Base content editors. Your contributions are appreciated.
