Here, ITS staff is able to assist you with accounts, software, and computer issues. The Help & Information Desk is located at Snell Library on the second floor.

Open 24 days, 7 days a week

Closed during the university’s winter recess. Open on all other university holidays.

Located in the Speare Commons basement, the ResNet Resource Center (RRC) provides a wide variety of free computer assistance, including: general troubleshooting, basic file recovery, hardware replacement, Apple and Dell warranty work and support, HuskyCable support, network configuration/troubleshooting and more.

Regular Semester Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Located in 212 Snell Library, Academic Technology Services offers consultation and support to faculty who are creating online content or incorporating flipped classroom techniques into their on-ground courses. The ATS staff provides walk-in support, scheduled consultation, and training in various formats to help faculty understand the functionality and application of teaching and learning technologies.
