Clearing the cache in your browser will often clear out files that are causing problems logging into a site, or a number of poor performance issues.

Desktop/Laptop

Chrome – Follow the directions from Google for deleting all the browser data, or only the cache, history or other data.

Firefox – Follow the directions from Mozilla for deleting only the cache, or the complete browser history.

Internet Explorer – Follow the directions from Microsoft for IE 11 for deleting the browser history, which includes the cache. For older versions of IE, click the pulldown arrow at the top right next to the browser name.

Safari – Follow the directions from Apple for clearing the browser history in Safari 8 (Yosemite). For Safari 6 or 7 (Mavericks), follow these directions.

Mobile

Chrome – Follow the directions from Google for clearing browsing data on Android and iOS devices.

Safari – Follow the directions from Apple for clearing information from Safari on iOS devices (bottom of the page).
