When using the GlobalProtect VPN client, you may need to check the status of your connection or see whether there are any error messages. Follow the instructions below for your computer or device.
Right-click the GlobalProtect globe in your taskbar and select Open > Status.
Click the GlobalProtect globe on your menu bar and select Show Panel > Status.
Tap Status > Info in the GlobalProtect app.
Tap the shield in the GlobalProtect app, or pull down the key from your status bar and tap the GlobalProtect icon.
