Faculty may use the SCANTRON system as a means of efficiently administering exams and quizzes. For the exam processing service, ITS does exam intake, processing according to the test type (multiple choice, matching, or true/false), and scoring. We then provide results and test statistics output for the customer.

Multiple grade formats are processed, and grades are available in electronic format on customer-provided media or via email. Grades can also be imported directly into the Blackboard grade center.

Regular business hours (as of 6/12/2015) – Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Extended hours during final exam week – Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Processing turnaround time – Next business day

On-site instructions and assistance are provided for SCANTRON test procedures. To track drop-off and pick-up of exams and questionnaires, faculty and student staff (TAs) will need to log into our system (Liquid Office), using their myNortheastern username and password at the terminal provided in 40RI.
