Help Us Increase Northeastern University's Impact

Information Technology Services (ITS) is the central provider of technology infrastructure, services and applications for more than 45,000 students, faculty, researchers and staff at Northeastern University. The goal: to promote and advance teaching, learning, research, and support for the Northeastern community.

ITS’s solutions range from supporting the myNortheastern portal and high-performance computing, to providing secure networks and training on critical applications. All this and more are in place to equip students, faculty and staff with the tools necessary to achieve academic excellence.

A Mission That Matters

We’re passionate about the use of the web as a communication tool, within and outside of ITS, to more fully engage staff, campus partners, and the broader University community.

Our division’s culture stresses the importance of utilizing cloud-technologies, something that makes our formalized work-from-home policy a breeze to carry out.

Great Location

Located in the heart of Boston in the hip Symphony neighborhood, the main ITS office is a several minute walk from the Orange and Green lines as well as from hundreds of lunch options.

Incredible Kitchen & Amenities

Our office kitchen contains two spacious fridges, a relaxed seating area, and even dishwashers. And of course, in the kitchen, coffee and tea are always FREE.

Professional Development Opportunities

Unlike many other divisions at Northeastern, ITS allocates funding specifically for staff to pursue professional development programs that they’re interested in.

Work Culture of Fun

From our annual holiday party which include free bowling and arcade games to our monthly breakfast gatherings, at ITS, we aim to be a place that is enjoyable for all.
