Business Unit: Information Technology Services
As part of efforts to simplify and align systems across Northeastern, Microsoft Teams, the university’s unified communication platform, will be deployed in Snell Library. In addition to providing a more consistent technology experience, this initiative will make it easier for students, faculty, and staff colleagues to collaborate across the global campus network, fostering improved communication, collaboration, and productivity.

Target delivery date: August 2024
Status Update
- Work for the 4th floor and the basement were completed early Summer 2024.
- AV installation on the 3rd floor has been completed, testing is in progress.
- Work on the 2nd floor is beginning Fall 2024.
