A more secure and streamlined VPN login experience coming soon
In the near future you’ll notice some changes to the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN login experience. In addition to providing a more streamlined and secure login, this change is aligned with the 1Login experience you’re already familiar with.

New! Panopto Teams Integration
With Panopto’s new integration with Microsoft Teams, lecture and meeting recordings can now automatically be transferred to Panopto. This new feature enables faculty to record lectures and seamlessly integrate them into their courses in Canvas. It also allows faculty and staff to record meetings, share the recordings with colleagues, and enable convenient reviews and video editing.

Save the date: Data Destruction Day is back!
Join the Office of Information Security on Oct. 23 for Data Destruction Day on the Boston campus. At this event, students, faculty, and staff are invited to bring personal devices and paper materials for safe and secure physical destruction. On-site staff will be available to help you dispose of them securely and sustainably at no cost.

The Classroom Dashboard was recently enhanced to provide more details about classrooms across the global campus system. After a quick search, you can view the specific technology features, seating capacity, Teams email address for Global Learning Spaces, and Quick Start Guide for each classroom. You can also access in-classroom support options. For those curious about the look and feel of classrooms, there are images for classrooms on every campus… with 360-degree images coming soon.
