Getting started with Headspace is simple:
- Visit Headspace for Work.
- Sign in with your Northeastern credentials.
- Create your Headspace account using your university email address.
- Download the Headspace app on your mobile device.
- Log in with your newly created account.
The setup process takes less than five minutes and provides full access to premium Headspace content.
