ITS launches self-service cell phone portal

Northeastern faculty and staff can now purchase and manage their university cell phones through a one-stop shop in the Tech Service Portal. ITS launched the new portal on May 27 to provide a centralized and streamlined user experience for employees in the U.S. and Canada.

Coming soon: Computer purchases in Workday Finance

Beginning July 7, 2025, Northeastern faculty and staff will use Workday Finance and IntelliBUY to purchase university laptops from the SHI catalog. The new system aligns with Northeastern’s TTAG Finance Transformation Program and allows the university to streamline and optimize the end-to-end procurement process for computers across the global campus system.
