Directions to IT Services Headquarters

Getting to 216

Northeastern’s IT Services Headquarters is located inside the Christian Science Building Publishing House at 216 Massachusetts Ave in Boston. The main entrance is unlocked from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. 

  1. Go to the ITS Headquarters entrance at 216 Mass Ave. It will say “Northeastern University” above the door. 
  1. Once you have entered the building, enter the door to your right. 
  1. Walk straight down the hall and the elevator will be on your left. 
  1. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. 

You may need to get a badge to access the 3rd floor. If you have any questions, please reach out to ITS-Administration@northeastern.edu.

Driving in 

From the North 

  1. Take I-93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/North Station/Rt-28, Rt-3). 
  1. Keep left at the fork in the ramp through a short tunnel and merge onto Storrow Drive. 
  1. Take a slight left turn onto MA-28 South/Storrow Drive/MA-3 North. 
  1. Take the left exit to Copley Square Back Bay (MA-28 South). 
  1. Turn right onto Beacon Street/MA-28 South. Continue to follow Beacon Street. 
  1. Turn left onto Massachusetts Ave. Continue on Massachusetts Ave. 
  1. The Christian Science Plaza is on your left. 

From the South 

  1. Take I-93 North to Exit 18 (Frontage Road, toward Massachusetts Ave/Roxbury).  
  1. Take a slight left turn onto Frontage Road North. 
  1. Turn left onto Massachusetts Ave Conn. 
  1. Take a slight right turn onto Massachusetts Ave. 
  1. The Christian Science Plaza is on your right. 

From the West 

  1. Take I-90 East to Exit 22 (Prudential Center, Copley Square). 
  1. Take the ramp toward Prudential Center. 
  1. Take a slight right turn onto Huntington Ave/MA-9/Avenue of the Arts.  
  1. Turn right onto Massachusetts Ave. 
  1. The Christian Science Plaza is on your right.

Note: When using Google Maps, enter “204-216 Massachusetts Ave” as the street address. 

Taking the bus

Bus 1  

  1. Board bus 1 at the most convenient stop.  
  1. Get off at Massachusetts Ave at Clearway Street, adjacent to the Christian Science Plaza.  
  1. Walk over from your location.  

Bus 39  

  1. Board bus 39 at the most convenient stop.  
  1. Get off at the corner of Huntington Ave and Massachusetts Ave.  
  1. Walk over from your location.  
Taking the train

Green line 

  1. From the Prudential Station (E trains), cross Belvidere Street to the Christian Science Plaza. 
  1. From Symphony Station (E trains), the Christian Science Plaza is on Massachusetts Ave, north, located on your right. 
  1. From Hynes Convention Center Station (B, C, and D trains), turn left after exiting the station.  
  1. Walk along Massachusetts Ave south. The Plaza will be on your left, located past Clearway Street. 

Orange line 

  1. Take the train to Massachusetts Ave Station. 
  1. Walk north on Massachusetts Ave. 
  1. You will find the Plaza on your right, just past Huntington Ave. 

Parking 

Convenient parking is available in the Christian Science Plaza Garage at 235 Huntington Ave and rates can be found on the Pilgrim Parking website. 

Staff with a Husky Card can also purchase parking coupons from MasParc to be used at several Northeastern campus parking garages.
