myNortheastern Services and Links on the Move

When students return from the winter break, they can expect the myNortheastern portal to look a little different. The services and links will be retired from the student portal as of Tuesday, January 4. Students are already accessing these resources—including email accounts, academic schedules, course registration, financial services, and more—on the Student Hub. Students can log into the Hub at me.northeastern.edu and navigate to the Resources page, the primary location on the Hub where the portal links and resources now live.

Winter Break IT Services Support

IT Services walk-up support in Snell Library, including the 2nd-floor Tech Bar, will be unavailable on December 23 beginning at 5 p.m. through January 2. In-person support will resume when Snell Library re-opens on Monday, January 3. All other support through 617.373.HELP [4357], help@northeastern.edu, and the Tech Service Portal at service.northeastern.edu/tech will continue to be available, 24/7.
