Take Action: Accepting NUwave Wireless Certificates
Don’t be surprised to encounter a pop-up when next connecting to NUwave, the university’s secure wireless campus network. This pop-up, asking users to verify a certificate, is safe to accept and is similar to the one received when connecting to NUwave for the first time from any particular laptop, mobile phone, or other device. Periodically, Northeastern is required to update the security certificate for NUwave, which helps keep the university community safe and secure when connecting wirelessly from Northeastern locations.
The Student Hub is Home Base
Students logged close to 3 million page views in the Student Hub this spring, using the Hub to access email, resources and links, Communities at Northeastern, and more. As departments and the university begin to prepare for the incoming class of students and the next academic year, take a moment to review about.me.northeastern.edu and the guide to Resources on the Hub. Then, update your websites, print materials, and other messaging and resources as appropriate to reflect the transition from the myNortheastern student portal to the Hub.

New Features within Adobe Creative Suite
Two new products have joined Creative Suite: Substance 3D and Adobe Express. The Substance 3D collection provides the tools for beginners and pros alike to create in 3D. Adobe Express is an online graphic design tool that combines the features users love from Adobe Spark with capabilities unique to other Creative Cloud applications.
Concur User Interface Update
On July 1, Concur Expense’s user interface will be updated to ensure that your expense-reporting experience is more intuitive, integrated, and efficient. Although the layout will change, everything you need to complete your expense report will still be available. If you have questions, reach out to Northeastern’s Payment Operations Team at email@example.com.
