ITS Training Team offers workshop at Summer Youth Intern Program

This summer, ITS’ Training Team presented a Teams and Outlook workshop to more than thirty youth interns; this opportunity was a part of the effort to provide interns with an immersive learning experience from different departments across the university.

Prepare for the new sponsored account policy

Upcoming changes to the sponsored account policy and process may impact you this fall if you hire or supervise any employees who need temporary Northeastern accounts. The new policy, which goes into effect on Sept. 15, 2023, will update the eligibility requirements for being a sponsor and introduce a new account creation process. A timeline and FAQs are available in preparation for the changes.

Microsoft Teams is the digital hub that brings conversations, content, and apps together in one place. Download Microsoft Teams to your laptop or other device for the best experience, especially if you’re using it in the classroom. Once you’ve downloaded it, learn the essential skills for teaching with Microsoft Teams and meetings by taking an on-demand training at your own pace or register for a live virtual workshop.

Global classroom support for instructors

Instructors can always get in-classroom help at Northeastern, whether teaching in a Global Learning Space classroom or not, by sending an email help request. For instructors who are teaching in Global Learning Spaces, a variety of support is available, from on-demand videos to in-person consultations.

An upgraded Adobe Creative Cloud experience

This year, Northeastern has upgraded to the Pro Edition of Adobe Creative Cloud. This upgrade provides Northeastern students, faculty, and staff with access to unlimited stock downloads, Adobe Substance 3D tools, creative apps and services, and more.
