As the new terms begin, refresh your knowledge and explore the technology available at Northeastern. Connect to Tech has the resources you need to personalize your learning, maximize productivity, and work collaboratively. 

Find myNortheastern Services and Links in the Student Hub 

The myNortheastern portal has undergone changes. For example, although services and links were retired from the student portal on January 4, students are already accessing email, academic schedules, course registration, financial services, and more on the Student Hub.   

Log into the Hub at me.northeastern.eduand navigate to the Resources page, the primary location to find the portal links and resources.

Support When and Where You Need It 

Regardless of where you are, or what time it is, IT support is available at Northeastern.

  • 24/7 IT Support from Anywhere
    All-day, every day—and night—support is available by emailing help@northeastern.edu, by calling 617.373.4357[HELP], and by visiting the ITS Tech Service Portal at service.northeastern.edu/tech.
  • The Boston Campus Tech Bar
    The Tech Bar on the second floor of Snell Library can help with laptops and devices, navigating Canvas, equipment lending, and more. Open Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Tech Assistant
    At any time, open the chat bubble in the Tech Service Portal to chat with Northeastern’s Tech Assistant, a virtual agent that can help find the answers to tech support questions.

Duo 2FA Mobile App Is Keeping the Northeastern Community Safe

Duo 2FA (two-factor authentication) protects your online identity and personal information as well as the university’s research, intellectual property, and institutional data. For those not already using it, the Duo mobile app can make account security even easier. Download the app today and update device settings at 2fa.northeastern.edu to begin managing your login requests with just a tap of the screen.
