Throughout the fall semester, ITS has continued to add and update software packages for the Northeastern community. Learn more about each of these updates below.

Tableau Desktop, a mapping and data visualization software, is now available for use by faculty, students, and staff in labs & classrooms.

The advanced data mining software programs SAS Enterprise Miner for Desktop and SAS Text Miner for Desktop are now available to faculty, students, and staff using imaged PC devices. The software is also available for download.

Version 11 of NVivo, a qualitative data analysis computer software tool, is now available. NVivo 11 has been updated in the ITS image for all university-owned imaged machines, in AppCloud, in Remote Apps, and in software downloads for faculty, staff, and students.

Version 14.1 of Multisim (NI Circuit Design Suite), circuit design, simulation, validation, and layout software, is now available for PC image and local install. The software is available for faculty, students, and staff.

For faculty, students, and staff, ITS Mac and Windows image and software downloads have been upgraded to EndNote version 9. EndNote is a commercial reference management software package, used to manage bibliographies and references when writing essays and articles.

Previously available on PC, LabView 2017 is now available for local install on MAC as well. Faculty, students, and staff can all access this systems engineering software, which is used for applications that require test, measurement, and control with rapid access to hardware and data insights.
