Secure Your Account

Your myNortheastern username and password provide access to many online university sites —and our online security best practices are a big part of keeping your account protected. Safeguard your experience by following the Northeastern University Appropriate Use of Computer and Network Resources Policyenrolling your account in two-factor authentication, and forwarding any suspicious emails you receive to phishcatcher@northeastern.edu.

Stay Connected

NUwave is the secure wireless network for laptops, phones, and other personal devices across campus.  

Students in residence halls can enjoy NURes-device, a wi-fi network supporting devices that are not compatible with NUwave, and ResNet, a high-bandwidth, a high-speed wired network for computers, game consoles, and Smart TVs. 

Key sites to be aware of are my.northeastern.edunortheastern.blackboard.com, and sail.northeastern.edu. These sites serve as central access to university services and systems, our online classroom portal, and SAIL: our Self-Authored Integrated Learning system designed for deeper learning.

Say Hello to MyHusky

MyHusky is the dashboard tailored to your Northeastern experience. It has all you need for information on your class schedule, grades, housing, advisors, and more—like a search engine for student life. Plus, the MyHusky chatbot was recently rolled out for real-time, one-on-one online support.  

You can also use MyHusky through Alexa for another convenient way to access all your information.
