Teams transcription now available for faculty and staff 

If you’ve accessed Microsoft Teams in the last few weeks, you may have noticed a new feature—Teams transcription. This new capability allows you to download and share a written record of what was said during Teams meetings making your classes and meetings more inclusive.

Data Privacy Day best practices 

Whether it’s ensuring information is securely stored and transmitted or updating your own personal privacy practices, Data Privacy Day is a great opportunity for you to promote privacy and data protection best practices.

Attention GLS faculty—New GLS drop-in sessions scheduled 

If you haven’t yet, make sure to join an in-person or remote drop-in session to make the most of your Global Learning Spaces (GLS) classroom technology experience and get your questions answered. Registration is not required.

Experiential learning on display 

During the self-paced Khoury Graduate Career Preparation course, graduate students were required to prepare an online portfolio to showcase their work and experiences to potential employers. Students were able to share their portfolios online using the free, easy-to-use templates provided by Sites at Northeastern.
